- Everyone has been waiting for Orbit to come out with their custom fitted foot muff. It fits beautifully into the infant car seat though I didn't try it in the bassinet. The very bottom zips open and you can pull out a few good inches of extra foot space for the taller baby. I also like that the fabric is smooth soft cotton rather than fleece like some of the other foot muffs. I find the fleece ones make my son sweat to death and this keeps him warm and toasty without overheating. The flap can also be adjusted up and down the length of the seat so you can control how warm things get. The outer fabric is water proof/water resistant so I had no trouble out in a downpour, baby stayed dry and warm.PROS…

It also keeps our little one warm and toasty even if he's just wearing cotton leggies and socks. We make sure to put his top half in something warm as his arms are not covered by the muff.
