- A while back I stopped buying the clear shower curtain liners because of the risk of PVC. When this cover arrived and I pulled it out of the box, the smell was horrible and reminded me of the shower curtains I stopped buying. There is a very strong stench of vinyl. I couldn't find anything on the detail page to indicate that the item is "PVC" or "BPA" free - which I should I have looked more carefully before purchasing. To be safe, i'm returning the cover.
