- My daughter never got to wear this! Why? Because I wash everything first before she wears new clothes. The outfit was RUINED after one wash! The red from the trim bled all over the outfit! I'm horrified! The outfit is/was super cute but how in the world are you supposed to wear it if you can't even wash it?! Read directions and followed. Very, Very disappointed. I'm so embarrassed to tell my Aunt what happened. She bought it as a gift. If you're reading this, DO NOT BUY!!!!!! You'll have the same problem I did.
- I received a similar Mud Pie Boathouse Baby outfit at my baby shower. A little top and short set with the red rick-rack around the collar and the same thing happened as a previous reviewer mentioned. I even had a color catcher sheet in the wash and I still got pink spots on the shirt. It's such a shame because the outfit is so cute. I suppose the manufacture needs to prewash the rick-rack to prevent this issue.
